"My order from harperandlewis.com ended up taking way..."
My order from harperandlewis.com ended up taking way longer than I expected to arrive. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and I never really had a clear delivery date, which was frustrating. I also felt kind of dismissed because there didn’t seem to be much effort to keep me updated or explain what was going on. It was annoying waiting around without answers, so I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon...

"Ridiculous Shipping Costs Ruined It"
I was ready to place an order on harperandlewis.com, but then the shipping cost showed up at checkout and completely killed it. it felt like they were trying to make the price look reasonable until the last second, then hit you with a ridiculous delivery charge.

I’m annoyed because the item itself seemed fine, but they’re the reason I didn’t buy it. If shipping is going to add that much on top, just be upfront about it instead of wasting people’s time. I left the order and I’m not going back

I ordered from harperandlewis.com and the delivery was fine overall, nothing really to complain about there. But when the item arrived, something just felt a little off to me. The packaging didn’t quite look how I expected, and the tags seemed a bit different too.
I’m not saying it’s definitely fake or anything, because I can’t prove that. It just didn’t give me the confidence I’d hoped for, especially for the price. Maybe it’s fine, but I’m not fully sure

"Refund took longer than I expected"
My refund did come through, but it took a bit longer than I’m used to. I’ve had other companies process refunds faster, so compared to those, this felt kind of slow. Not a huge issue, but it could definitely be quicker.

"Returning my order was ridiculous"
I tried to return an order the whole process was ridiculous. I kept waiting around for replies, the return instructions weren’t clear at all, and the refund took forever to come through. I even had to follow up more than once just to get things moving. Definitely not an experience I’d want to deal with again

"In-stock items shouldn’t turn out unavailable"
I ordered a couple of items that were listed as in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying they couldn’t actually send them. I get that inventory mistakes happen, and I’m trying to be fair about that, but it’s frustrating to be allowed to buy something if it isn’t really available. It also took longer than it should have to find out. Overall, not a great experience, and I probably won’t bother ordering again.

"Pretty easy checkout overall"
I ordered from harperandlewis.com after seeing a few other people mention they’d had a smooth experience, and the checkout was straightforward for me too. The pages loaded fine, payment went through without any weird errors, and I didn’t feel like I had to fight the site to place the order. The only thing I wasn’t totally sure about at first was the delivery info, so I went back and double checked it before finishing. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

I’m not totally sure how I feel yet, but so far it seems okay. The trust factor is there a little bit (not fully convinced yet), so I’ll probably need more time before I can say for sure

"I don’t know why, but the site just feels outdated"
I don’t know why, but the website was kind of hard for me to get into. The design feels a little old and cluttered, and some of the pages just have too much going on. The colors also don’t really seem to work together, so browsing felt more annoying than it should have, even before I really started looking at the products. I think a cleaner layout would help a lot.

"Not a disaster, but not exactly a triumph"
I got my order from harperandlewis.com, it was one of those moments where I opened the package hoping for greatness and got… fine. Not terrible by any means, but not amazing either. The material feels decent, though a little thinner than I was expecting. It looks nice enough, but I’m not totally convinced it’s going to survive the long haul. For the price, I just thought the quality would feel a bit more impressive.

"Pretty accurate overall"
It looked pretty much like the photos, so that was a plus. The sizing was a little off though—not a huge deal, just something I noticed. Overall, the description was accurate, and the item was basically what I expected.

"Fit was honestly just right"
I tried these on when I was already in a good mood, and they made it even better. The jeans fit me really well, true to size, and not too tight anywhere. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Felt like a pattern of being ignored"
I asked the staff for help and got pretty much nothing back. At first I thought maybe they were just busy, but after waiting and trying again, it really started to feel like a pattern of being ignored. Not a great experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from here again.

"I had a problem with my order..."
I had a problem with my order it took longer than I expected to get sorted. Customer service did get back to me and they fixed it eventually, which I appreciated, but I had to follow up a couple of times?! It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit more hassle than it needed to be. Hopefully it’s smoother next time.

"Nice dress, but the color was way off"
I ordered a dress from harperandlewis.com because the color in the photos looked like a really soft beige, which was exactly what I needed. The dress itself seemed fine quality-wise, and the style was close to what I expected.
That said, the color was a lot different in person. Instead of beige, it looked more yellow or cream, and it really didn’t match what was shown on the site. I know screens can make colors look a little different, but this felt like more than just a small variation.
It was frustrating because the color was the main reason I chose it in the first place. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible product, but if you need a very specific shade, I’d be careful ordering from them.

"Still waiting two weeks later"
I ordered from them once, it’s been frustrating. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, the tracking barely updated, and when I reached out to support, they basically just told me to keep waiting. Feels like a really avoidable situation if they communicated better. I won’t be ordering again.

"Fit was good, but a bit long"
The jeans fit pretty much how I expected, which was nice. The waist and overall sizing felt right, but they were a little longer than I’d like, so I might need to cuff them or get them hemmed.

"Good prices compared to other places"
well... I had been looking around on a few different sites before ordering, and harperandlewis.com ended up having the best price for what I needed. It wasn’t some huge difference, but it was enough to make me choose them over the others.

The checkout was straightforward too, and I didn’t get hit with any random extra charges at the end, which I really appreciated. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d definitely use them again.
